You may pick-up your materials from our Warehouse at 240 Chene St., Downtown Detroit, MI., 48207 please get confirmation of the order prior to pick-up so we may have prepare and confirm the the order;
Shipping Cost: $29.00 Delivery charge flat rate, Lower Michigan and Windsor areas;
Full Service Areas: Wayne , Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, Monroe, St. Clair, Jackson Genesse, Lenawee counties plus Metro Toledo Areas.
Additional Fees for the Windsor area: 8.5% Duty, No PST, 5% GST, and $40.00 flat brokerage charge.
Job site deliveries are minimum $60.00 plus $35.00 / hour site fee after the first hour;
All other service areas are FOB Any Local Freight Carrier Terminal. Call for freight rates.
Trim: If trim is sold and shipped together with tile then shipping cost per tube is the same as per box of tile; Note: U.P.S. Shipping available for Trim tube products @ $10.00 per tube or a maximum of $29.00 per order;
Grout: If grout is sold and shipped together with tile order then shipping cost per bag of grout will be the same as per box of tile;
Shipping schedule: Full Service Areas are delivered normally within 5 business day.

Restocking charges of 25% will apply on return orders, full boxes only, within 30 days of purchase.
Setting materials CANNOT be returned after 30 days of delivery or pickup.
All Sales are subject to all Terms and Conditions of Sale included in this price list.
Above prices supercede all previous price lists and quotations and are subject to future changes without notice. Sizes shown are nominal. Dye-lot variation is normal between production batches, & samples provided respectively. Do not install any material with visible defects.
All merchandise remains the property of CRW, Inc. until paid in full. CRW is not liable for any damages to the merchandise after it has been delivered. 1.5% /Mth. fee charged on overdue acc's.

WARRANTY:

This price list supecedes any previously dated old price-lists, old price-lists should be disposed right away;
Owner must take the opportunity to examine, and approve the dye-lot, and appearance of all materials prior to any installation taking place. This step is imperative and is a standard procedure for any job;
Installer must review all aspects of product coloration (dyelot) consistency, quantity of mat's at site, and quality of materials including calibration, and make sure that all basic installation requirements are met;
CRW, Inc. will happily exchange any materials in question to satisfy either installer or client prior to any installation of the product. Any, and all claims must be made prior to installation of the product;
After the product is installed, the applicable warranty is for the proper wear of the product only, as is applicable by the manufacturers terms, and conditions of their warranty.
